The month of October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. With the partnership of the VIP Center, SAB will be hosting a Domestic Violence Panel to bring awareness to the UK campus since there are over 10 million cases of domestic violence reported every year. Students will learn more from professionals which will provide advice and resources, make students feel less alone regarding this issue, work to improve mental health, and FREE food will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. The Domestic Violence Panel will be held October 20th from 3-5 pm in the GSC Senate Chamber.
