The Student Activities Board is excited to announce YoutubeU featuring David Dobrik, American YouTube personality from Slovakia with over 15.9 million subscribers and 7.6 million followers on Instagram, will be at the Singletary Center for the Arts for a moderated Q&A Wednesday, March 4th starting at 8PM. David became well-known on the now-defunct 6-second mobile app, Vine, where he reached over 1,300,000 followers.

Ticketing Details

  • $10 UK Student tickets. Available in-person at 1 PM EST on Monday, February 24 with valid UK Student  ID. Limit 1 student ticket per 1 valid UK student ID. Limit two student tickets per transaction. 
  • $25 UK Faculty/Staff tickets. Available on Thursday, February 27 with valid UK ID. Limit 1 ticket per 1 valid UK ID. Limit two faculty/staff tickets per transaction. 
  • UK Student and Faculty/Staff tickets only available in person at SCFA Ticket Office. 
  • UK students, faculty and staff must present UK ID day-of-show to use UK affiliated tickets. 
  • Seating assignments cannot be changed after a ticket has been purchased.
  • UK students, faculty and staff interested in buying tickets for non-UK attendees are advised to purchase during general public on-sale. UK Students, Faculty and Staff with UK ID can purchase tickets at the discounted rates through the end of ticket sales. 
  • UK Faculty/Staff and general public ticket sales are not guaranteed, as the Student Activities Board’s primary mission is to serve the University of Kentucky students. 
  • $30 General Public tickets available on Monday, March 2. Limit 2 tickets per transaction. Tickets available at the SCFA Ticket Office, by phone or online at scfatickets.com
  • All tickets are subject to applicable fees. Limited tickets are available – while supplies last.

Event Information

  • Shuttle and buses encouraged for transportation of student attendees. Student parking available with applicable permits. General Public parking may be available in several lots across the UK Campus. Please check lot signage for more information. 
  • Please arrive early to avoid lines. No large bags or backpacks allowed into the Singletary Center for the Arts. No outside cameras or recording equipment allowed. Additional security, metal detectors, or bag checks may be used for security purposes only. 
  • This is a reserved seating event. Patrons are expected to sit in their assigned seats. 
  • All media requests must be submitted to the UK Student Activities Board through the Media Request form on UKSAB.org in advance of the event. Specific questions regarding media needs can be sent to publicrelations@uksab.org. 
  • No recording or flash photography at the request of the artist. Please be respectful of recording policies.
