The Striver’s Row is a collective of spoken word poets and wordsmiths based in Yonkers, New York. They travel the world sharing their love of poetry through performances and workshops in a variety of settings. Currently pursuing their own respective degrees at the post-secondary level, these poets are perfectly suited to connect with UK students. The proposed program would last at least an hour featuring the work of three of The Striver’s Row artists: Joshua Bennett, Miles Hodges and Alysia Harris. The artists would perform both individually and together depending on the set.
