SAB appreciates your interest in participating in Campus Ruckus 2013! Please fill out this registration form below. We will review your application and be back with you shortly! Please note that SAB does not have additional funds to support student organization booths.
Campus Ruckus will take place from 9PM to 12AM on Saturday, August 24th in the Green Lot Between BCTC Campus and Commonwealth Stadium.
The contact person and information provided will be used by SAB for all communications pertaining to activity approval, instructions prior to the event and will be deemed the day of event contact for your organization.
SAB is looking for organizations to be creative and fun when creating an activity or game for Campus Ruckus. We have on average over 5,000 attendees at Ruckus—all of which are there for fun! Past activities have included balloon toss, dart boards, football toss into a target, "Idol" singing competitions and more. Think fun carnival games. Please provide as much description as possible when explaining your event idea. Note: SAB will provide 2 chairs and one 6 ft. table for you. Your booth area will be the dimension of a parking spot. Check-in will occur at Campus Ruckus from 7:30PM-8:30PM. All organizations must be checked in by 8:30PM at the Student Activities Board table.
The deadline for applying to be a part of the student org fair is August 9th. Parking spots and activity ideas are first come, first served. We will be reviewing your activity selection and if another organization has already been approved to use your idea, you will have to choose another. We will be as helpful as possible in helping you with alternatives.
