The Student Activities Board Concerts Committee works to organize and execute some of the biggest and coolest events on UK's campus, namely the large fall and spring concerts. Recent concerts have included national acts like as Drake, B.o.B, Gym Class Heroes, J. Cole, Jason Derulo, Jason Mraz, and My Morning Jacket. We've also coordinated events with Rock The Vote and DanceBlue, organized lectures by Kevin Lyman and JK McKnight, and programmed regular local and small concert series on campus.

Our committee is completely open to any student looking to get involved. We hold regular meetings on campus where we discuss upcoming events, future plans, and music, in general. These meetings are held biweekly, on Wednesdays at 5:30PM. To receive updates on meetings, volunteer opportunities, or anything else Concerts Committee-related, email our Involvement Chair and join our Facebook group. This committee is volunteer based so that means anyone can join and you can help as much as you have time for. We would love to see you at our next meeting because the more students we have at our meetings, the better sense we get for what the campus wants to see in a concert.
If you still have questions after reading this description, you can get in touch with our Director or any of the committee chairs. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have relating to the committee.

Stay cool. Get involved. Rock on.
