Beverly Gooden, a domestic violence survivor, speaker, advocate, and creator of the #WhyIStayed movement, travels across this nation and works to inform and educate individuals on relationship abuse. Come hear Beverley’s personal experience and express your opinions, thoughts, and questions all while aiding in the advancement of a safer and more informed campus community.
The Student Activies Board is a premier student programming board in the United States, bringing over 60 enriching and entertaining events to campus each year. SAB is highly involved with the National Association of Campus Activities (NACA), and has had many students and staff present at both the regional and national conventions. Our #TrendingTopics Interactive Debate Series won the Educational Program Award for the Mid-America region in 2013.
