Paint the Town Blue Begins

Take a look on campus and surrounding local businesses to see the windows painted by UK organizations. The painted murals will be centered on our Homecoming theme, “Wildcats Roaring through the Decades”, to promote UK pride throughout the Lexington community.  Admire the window’s art at the Paint the Town Blue picnic.  Grab a snack and tour the paintings on POT and Whitehall classroom building to kick-off Homecoming week.

Event: Paint the Town Blue Window Painting Begins

Registration Information: Registration is required to paint a window through the Paint the Town Blue event. Registration for Paint the Town Blue is September 20^th through September 24^th. There is a $10 paint fee and a $100 full-refundable window clearing deposit that is required for registration.

More Event Information: Registered organizations will be assigned a window either on-campus or at one of our partnering off-campus businesses and are asked to paint a mural that incorporate this year’s Homecoming theme “Wildcats Roaring Through the Decades.”

Wildcat Cup: This is a Wildcat Cup event. Points will be awarded for participation and placing.
